How do I activate my Hypr eSIM?
Follow the installation instructions supplied with your order. Use an internet connection for setup, select the travel eSIM for mobile data, and apply the roaming settings specified for that plan. Installation and network activation are separate steps.
Which devices are compatible?
Check your exact device model, country variant and carrier-lock status before buying. eSIM support differs between versions of the same phone. A phone supporting eSIM does not establish that a tablet or smartwatch can use the same travel plan. Contact support if you are unsure.
Can I use multiple eSIMs at once?
The number of stored and simultaneously active SIMs depends on your device. On supported phones you can keep a home line and use a travel eSIM for data. Review automatic data switching; calls, texts and roaming on the home line remain subject to your home operator's charges.
When does my data plan start?
Check the activation trigger and validity rules for the specific plan before installing it. Do not assume every plan starts only on arrival or that installation never starts the validity period. Ask support to confirm the rules if they are not clear in your plan details.
What if I run out of data?
