1. Products and Services

Hypr eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travellers. Our products are digital goods delivered electronically via QR code and email after purchase.

• eSIM plans are available for single countries, regional bundles, and global coverage
• Each plan specifies data allowance, validity period, and supported countries
• An eSIM-compatible device is required to use our products
• Plans are activated upon installation on your device
• Data allowances and validity periods begin upon first connection to a network in the covered region

Device Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing. Hypr eSIM is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices. Please check your device settings or contact your device manufacturer if unsure.

2. Orders and Payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your eSIM details, including a QR code and activation instructions. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

Delivery: As eSIMs are digital products, delivery is instant via email. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All sales are final. Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered for confirmed technical faults, duplicate purchases (within 24 hours, unactivated), or verified non-delivery.
• Service issues: If you experience connectivity problems covered under your plan, please contact our support team. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Hypr eSIM services, you agree to:

• Use our eSIM plans for lawful purposes only
• Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our eSIM plans without authorisation
• Not attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify the eSIM profile
• Provide accurate and truthful information during purchase
• Not use our services for any activity that violates local or international laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if these terms are violated.

5. Limitations of Service

• Coverage: While we strive to provide reliable connectivity, network coverage depends on local carriers and infrastructure. We cannot guarantee signal strength in all locations.
• Speed: Data speeds may vary depending on network conditions, location, and carrier capacity. Some plans may experience reduced speeds after reaching certain data thresholds.
• Availability: eSIM services are subject to the availability and performance of partner networks in each country or region.
• Voice and SMS: Unless explicitly stated, our eSIM plans provide data-only service. Voice calls and SMS may not be included.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on hypresim.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hypr eSIM and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypr eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
