Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Overview

Thank you for purchasing from Hypr eSIM. Due to the digital nature of our eSIM products, all sales are final. Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered to your email, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred to another person.

No Refund Policy

As eSIMs are digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we operate a strict no-refund policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales of eSIM plans are final and non-refundable.
  • eSIM QR codes are delivered digitally and cannot be revoked once sent.
  • Unused data or remaining validity period does not qualify for a refund.
  • Purchasing the wrong plan or destination does not qualify for a refund.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund or replacement at our sole discretion if the following conditions are met:

  • Technical fault: The eSIM cannot be activated due to a confirmed technical issue on our end, and our support team has been unable to resolve it.
  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same plan twice. You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and the duplicate eSIM must not have been installed or activated.
  • Non-delivery: You did not receive the eSIM QR code within 1 hour of purchase, and our support team confirms the delivery failure.

In all exception cases, you must contact our support team with your order details before any data has been consumed on the eSIM.

Before You Purchase

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend:

  • Verify that your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked.
  • Double-check the destination country and plan details before completing your purchase.
  • Review the data allowance, validity period, and coverage area carefully.
  • Install and test your eSIM before traveling, if possible.

Cancellations

Since eSIM QR codes are generated and delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
