How do I activate my Hypr eSIM?

Purchase your eSIM plan, receive the QR code instantly by email, scan it with your phone's camera, and follow the on-screen instructions. Activation takes just a few taps and under 2 minutes.

Which devices are compatible?

Hypr eSIM works with most modern smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches that support eSIM technology, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and many more. Your device must be carrier-unlocked.

Do I need internet to install my eSIM?

Yes, you need a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to scan and install the eSIM QR code. We recommend installing at home before you travel so you're ready to connect on arrival.

When does my data plan start?

Your data plan begins when you first connect to a supported network at your destination — not when you purchase or install the eSIM. So you can buy and install before your trip.

What if I run out of data?

You can purchase an additional eSIM plan at any time through our website. Installation takes just a couple of minutes, so you'll be back online in no time.

Can I use multiple eSIMs at once?

Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices allow you to store multiple eSIM profiles and switch between them. You can keep your primary SIM for calls and texts while using Hypr eSIM for data.

Hypr eSIM provides coverage in 190+ countries worldwide. You can browse our country plans to see all available destinations with detailed coverage information.

What speeds can I expect?

You'll get 4G/LTE speeds in most destinations, with 5G available in select countries and cities. Actual speeds depend on the local network conditions and carrier.

Can I make phone calls with an eSIM?

Hypr eSIM plans are data-only. However, you can use apps like WhatsApp, Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype to make voice and video calls over data.

Can I share my data via hotspot?

Yes, most of our plans support tethering/hotspot. You can share your eSIM data connection with other devices like laptops or tablets.
